Q1 - 2006 Summary
The good news is
that in Birchwood and along the
Lake
(views and waterfront), units sold are either equal or head of last year at the
same time and dollars spent are considerably up.
For all of Harbor Springs, units are down, though dollar volume is up.
A word of caution, however, some high priced sales are skewing the
numbers, so the averages are expected to trend down over the year as it balances
out.
